Hi Tony,
Sure! This guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:

As we only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:
If you’d like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. Check it out to see if it’s right for you:

Thanks Grace.
I will go for the guided transfer.
I have a premium theme. Will this transfer also to allow a premium .org theme for no extra cost? -

I’m not seeing a Premium Theme in your account, but Premium Themes do not transfer over. You would need to find it there is a .org version of the theme. Which theme are you looking at for you .org site?

That is the WordPress.com Premium upgrade. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are different entities so that upgrade wouldn’t apply to your WordPress.org site.
The only upgrade in Premium that you would be able to use with your .org site is your domain: waautoclaves.com. You can keep it registered with us (I can remove Premium and just keep the domain for $18/year)and point the nameservers to your new host with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
Just note that this means your domain is still registered through us and just hosting elsewhere. So you would need to keep the registration renewed yearly with us in addition to your new host. After 60 days from the date of registration you can transfer out your domain elsewhere (there is a lock placed on newly registered domains as per ICANN rules). When that time comes, the guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the authorization (EPP) code:

Thanks again Grace.
I’m an average PC user, so I will need further help I’m sure.
Yes – please remove premium and keep the domain for $18/year.
I’ll attempt to point the name servers to the new host… -
Sounds great. I have removed Premium from your account. Come next December you will only have to renew the domain.

I’ve reverted back to a standard theme and I can’t see the guided transfer option in the tools/export area. I’ve also tried to hatch a .org blog, but I fear I’ve not done this correctly. Can you please arrange the guided transfer and invoice me for the amount? It would take far too mauch time, when I need to get out in the field to make money! -
You’ll see the Guided Transfer upgrade on this page:

Cheers!
