Can I change 'image detail'default settings for photo uploads?

  I want a center placement and size 4 black border around every picture I upload. It is labor intensive to have to select for each photo. Is there a way to change the default ‘image details’ settings?

  Hi there, when inserting an image, if you choose center alignment, WordPress will remember that setting until you choose a different alignment. To add a 4px border to every image in the content area of Adventure Journal, go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the following custom CSS.

      border: 4px solid #FFFFFF;
