Can I change liseonlife1 to EFT-Liseonlife?

  I am not sure about changing the title of my blog.Should I start another one?

  You can change your site’s address by following these instructions:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you’d like to change the title, you can do so at Settings -> General.
