Can I change my blog titles from all upper-case to a combination?

  Theme : Adventure – with custom design add on.

  This is my blog: http://touchofcinnamon.com/

  Using the above theme, is it possible to alter the blog post titles from ‘all caps’ to a combination of caps and lower-case lettering? If so, how do I do it? Apologies, I’ve had the blog a while, but I’ve only recently started to use it.
