Can I change my design without having to upgrade to premium?

  Can I make changes to my theme on my blog without having a premium account? I mean like changing the colour of the text, etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you want to change the color of your body text (blog post / page content), you can do it using the text editor. This doesn’t require paid upgrades.

  But if you want side-wide change using CSS (stylesheet), you’ll need to add a Custom CSS upgrade.
