Can I change my domain name?

I just registered, but would like to remove the wordpress part from my domain name. How do I do that?!

Sorry, perhaps I wasn’t clear enough.
I just purchased (minutes ago) a premium account,. When told that byopiapress.com was available I clicked on that, but it now appears as byopiapress.wordpress.com. Since you won’t be offended by my not having wordpress in my domain name, I would like to remove it. I want my domain name to be byopiapress.com. I do not want to move my domain from anywhere to anywhere else. I just want to correct the name.

I’m seeing your site appear as byopiapress.com.
Are you still seeing it as byopiapress.wordpress.com?
