Can I change my individual upgrades to one premium upgrade package.

  I purchased the video upgrade and the custom design upgrade and the domain mapping separately before I realized two things – #1 you are still showing ads on my site and #2 I can purchase all these upgrades plus a no ads upgrade for $99 dollars annually!

  Can you please assist me in changing my individual upgrades into one $99 package that includes the above?
