can i change my upgrades

  I already have the domain name & the custom fonts. My query is can i change my upgrades to have the premium bundle.
  Would it have to when i renew next year, or can i do it anytime? I dont want to waste the money ive already spent. So if i upgraded to premium bundle now, would i have a discount for the things ive already paid for.

  Thats great, I’ve just made the purchase so can you do the refund please. Also do i need to cancel the renewals for the previous upgrades, or will that be taken care of?

  Hi there – apologies for the delay.

  I’ve issued a refund of $30 for your Custom Design upgrade. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account. Since your Custom Design upgrade will now renew together with the bundle a year from now, this means you received four months of Custom Design service at no cost.

  Your custom domain registration has been extended by a year from its original expiry, so its new renewal date is now 2014-12-13 and the domain is now attached to the Premium bundle. I’m sorry for any confusion.

  You don’t need to cancel any of the upgrades, since they were both automatically tied into the bundle.
