Can I change my URL?

  I am trying to change the web address of my blog from https://andrewpalmer44.wordpress.com to https://sardonicrat.wordpress.com.

  I have changed it in My Account > Web Address, but it doesn’t seem to make the change. Can you help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes I can. You can change your blog address by going to your Dashboard > My Blogs > Change Blog Address.
