  will I be able to change my webadress once i’ve created it?

  Yes! you can change your blog address (the part that comes before the wordpress.com), if the name is still available.

  You can also upgrade your account and purchase your own domain name, if you want an address that does not contain the wordpress.com part. You can read more about domain names at https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
