can i change my wordpress domain?

  My blog’s domain is democraticallyspeaking.wordpress.com
  i would like to change it into demspeaking.wordpress.com
  do you know if it is possible?

  No, it’s not possible to change the name.

  The only thing you can do is register a new blog with the new name, export the old blog content and import it into the new blog.
