Can I change my WordPress registered URL?

  My WordPress.com URL was accidentally registered as [companyname]blog.com. However, my site isn’t a blog. Is it possible for me to change the registered name to simply [companyname].com, or do I need to re-register with a new name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
