Can I change my WordPress URL?

  I signed up for my blod with one URL that matched where I wanted to go with my blog at the time, but would like to change it to something else at this point. My current address is wannabhomestead.wordpress.com and I would like to change it to dirtylittlefaces.wordpress.comor something if I could. Is this possible, and how would I go about accomplishing this?

  At this time, the tool listed there is offline, but should be back in a few days.
