Can I change permalink structure to avoid problem of inverted comma in URL

  My blog post uses an inverted comma for the title and URL but the URL is not recognised by other content management systems like Squarespace. See for example: http://martynmurray.wordpress.com/2011/06/01/charles-darwin%E2%80%99s-on-the-origin-of-species-1st-ed-1859/
  I understand that I cannot alter the permalink structure in WordPress.com.
  What is your best solution for me?

  Hi Martyn,

  You’re in luck…we do have an simple solution for you:

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Posts → All Posts. In your list, you’ll see Charles Darwin’s On the Origin of Species (1st ed., 1859).
  2. Hover your cursor over the name of the Post. You will see several options appear. Click Quick Edit.
  3. In the field labeled “Slug,” you can delete the apostrophe. This will not change the title of your Post, only the URL.
  4. Click Update.

  You can now use the edited URL in Squarespace.
