can I change post page without losing work on post page I am changing from?
-
What will the posts on the ‘old’ post page look like? Will they look like a page with the list of posts on them or will it just save one post? I do not want to lose them, I still want them to show, but as a page. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking; are you going to edit a post, or do you want the actual blog posts to go somewhere else on your blog, and if so, where?

Under Settings > Reading – after selecting the Static Page option I have Frontpage set to About and Posts page set to (a page i created) Poems. There are other pages (I have created) available. Is it possible to set the Post page to one of the other pages without loss or harm to the posts/writing on the Poem page?
@raincoaster – I don’t know if I have made this any clearer?
Thanks.

@raincoaster, so yes, I want the actual posts to go somewhere else on my blog. A static page.
