Can I change post title tag on homepage?

  My website is using the Bouquet theme and all of the post titles on the homepage are h1. This is a high severity SEO issue according to all SEO analysers and Bing Webmaster Tools. Can I change it to h2 or h3?

  You’ve been reading bullshit. This headings business is partly a myth and partly of concern to amateurs who try to build sites while ignoring the basics. Of no concern to you when you use the rigorous and well constructed HTML that WP uses.
