Can I change Text Style and I’m confused

  I type my stuff, but there are NOT different types of text, like like Ariel, Curlz, Etc……….How can I change my text, the size and style etc.

  I tried cutting and pasting and only the first paragraph stayed formatted, the rest of it went to the default….

  I want to make my site look more interesting how do I do this!
