Can I change the address of my primary blog?

  I want to change the blog address of one of my blogs. That option is not showing for this blog, but it is for my other blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  While the user account that you are posting from is an administrator on http://kidskollagekreations.wordpress.com/, another user is the site owner. And changing a site’s URL is something that only the site owner is allowed to do.
