Can I change the background colour in the dashboard?

  I have problems with screen glare and would like to have a blue background in the dashboard. Anyone know how to do that?

  There are two color schemes that are selectable from users > personal settings. That is all we have. We do not have access to the wordpress core CSS files.

  I use the Stylish add-on for Firefox which lets you define your own CSS for certain websites. It might be worth having a look at.

  I use it to increase the font size constantly for certain websites, to get rid of all the terrible ads on certain social networking sites and to tinker with colour schemes so some pages I visit are easier to read. It’s a great little tool!
