Can I change the background of the blockquote in the theme Connections

  I have seen that some blogs have it. When I tried this option with my theme it changed only the font to Italic but not the background color. And also, can I put the blockquote in a frame? My blog is: http://www.usmlemd.wordpress.com , but I still don’t have a post with quote, just did it with a draft one.

  You are going to have to wait for one of the CSS guru’s to pop in since this is beyond most of us volunteers.
