Can I change the blog photo that is different from gravitAR photo?

  Can I change the blog photo that is different from gravitAR photo? I clearly have a Gravatar photo in the upper right of my dashboard but when I go to the upper left in pull down “my sites” there is a different photo there right next to my name right above my blog URL that I want to change that photo……

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, on WordPress.com they call it a Blavatar, and you can learn how to do that on this page:
