Can I change the blog rating from General to Mature?

  Not a problem per se. When I originally set up my blog I rated it General. However, as it evolves I believe it will become more Mature. Is there a way to change the original rating or must I flag individual posts as Mature?

  You can tag the posts if you want, or you can set your whole blog as mature.
