Can I change the color of my blog title font?

  I’m trying to figure out if I can change the color of the font of my blog title — I haven’t yet paid for the custom upgrade, but I’m willing to, just want to make sure that I’ll be able to make this one important change I’m trying to. The title of the blog is now in black and I’d like it to be something else — can this be done in CSS? Thanks!
