Can I change the colour of text in a ‘Choose options’ box on my Theme?

    For some reason the Colours available Selection box which normally has the text ‘Choose an option’ written in White text in the White outlined box has now turned Black for some reason, Can anyone tell me how I can change it back to White so it is visible? I have tried to use the customise the theme option but it does not cover that area.

    Thanks in advance for any help. I am a total newcomer to all of this.

    When the block is selected, do you see block settings appear on the right sidebar with a color setting? If you do, you can modify it on there. Here’s an example of how it looks for a paragraph block:
