Can I Change the Content Background Color of My Blog? (Oxygen Theme)

  My blog can be found at http://forteanuniverse.wordpress.com/

  I just recently started this blog and I thought the Oxygen Theme on WordPress would be fitting, so I activated it. But there’s one thing bugging me. Can I change the content (header, posts, sidebars) background color? Or is this a paid upgrade? I noticed that the blog http://queenpoland.wordpress.com/ was able to change it to a darker gray.

  Yes, you would need a Custom Design upgrade to make that sort of change.
