Can I change the domain name after I sign up for the premium plan

  If I take purchase the premium plan am I correct that this would cover just one domain? If so, can I change this domain name after I have paid the subscription as I am not completely sure which domain name I will be using yet?

  That is correct.

  It is possible to purchase an additional domain name for your site and set it to the the “primary” domain for the site. Then you would just allow the original domain to expire at the end of the year.

  Your best bet would be to not choose a domain name until you are sure of what you would like to use.
