Can I change the email associated with my account, it won't do it?

    will not let me change the account email. I have gone through the steps. There is abuse and spam happening on this account and that derived from the email associated with it which will not take change.
    My new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Old one is (email visible only to moderators and staff) , this one needs to be deleted.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
