  Can I change the color of Blog Sweet Blog for free or do I have to be a supporting member in order to do that?

  This is theme dependent. If you have a theme that can change the header colour – or even use an image – then you can do it. If not, you would need to purchace the CSS upgrade and re-write the CSS.
