Can I change the look/appearance of the email my subscribers receive?

  I love that my subscribers can get my new posts, but I wanted to know if the look can be changed. I would like my blogsite address to come up on when they open the email- so they would see my blog- the name- and all my pages as well as the new post.- I guess what Im trying to say is- I would like my entire blog to open up with the emails instead of just the post- since they would see the new post when they are on the site.
  Am I making sense? I hope so. My blog just looks prettier and the post- not really.
  and can the option to unsubscibe be moved to the bottom of the email?

  Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

  What you could do instead is set your feed to display summaries via Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard.

  This will display truncated posts in the emails, basically encouraging your readers to visit the actual blog to get the rest of the post.
