Can I change the name of my blog?

  Is it a simple process to change the name of an existing Blog?I am not talking about the wordpress url address, simply the name.
  For instance, My blog is titled ‘SOUTH JERSEY WINE BLOG”. I would like to change it to “SOUTH JERSEY WINE AND DINE” to more
  accurately reflect the content.

  I realize I could simply start a new blog but I’d like to maintain this one without having to transport 77 posts to a new blog.

  Yes, it’s dead easy. Go to Settings->General and you can just change it there. The URL will remain the same.
