  Can I change the name of my blog? I want to use my old posts but add to them.
  I want to update my blog and broaden its scope. A new name would be more appropriate.

  Yes, you can. Please go to http://countryfarmerwannabe.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php and set the Site Title.
