Can I change the name of my blog once it has been established for awhile

Is it possible to change the name of my blog to something completely different?. I am no longer an Iowa Mrs and wanted to change the name if I could. Or would it require deleting everything and starting over? Hope not.

You can change you Blog Title and/or the optional Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General
To change the blog URL or address there are two approaches you can take. The first one is to use this process http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ and if you do be sure to purchase a site redirect when you do. (particulalry note step 7). http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
The second approach is to purchase your own domain name via a domain mapping upgrade. In that case it will not matter wwhat the underlying.wordpress.com blog URL you are mapping from to the new domain URL is. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/
