If you’re talking about the site linked to your account https://hubertpokrywka.wordpress.com/ then no, there is no ftp access at WordPress.com.

If you’re actually working on an unnamed site hosted elsewhere and using the WordPress.org software then you can register an account to ask for advice at: https://wordpress.org/support/ -
That’s not possible as WordPress stores pages and posts in a database. The only way to edit the content is via the backend.
