can i change the title of my blog?

  i want to change my title
  but the suggestions from wordpress aren’t making sense as i view my blog site. i can’t figure out how to edit my title so that i can change it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.
