Can i change URL and Topic of my blog?

  Hello, some months ago i bought a wordpress.org package and a domain about lego

  but now i want to change this wordpress.org for a travel blog.

  is it possible that i delete this old blog and i can start a new blog on wordpress? but i mean with all the premium features from wordpress.

  i just have to register a new domain?

  I’m not quite sure what you’re wanting to accomplish.

  There are two different kinds of WordPress. One version is running here on WordPress.com which has a Premium plan like you mentioned. If that’s what you want, visit this page and choose the plan you want: https://store.wordpress.com/plans/

  The other version is using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
