Can I check other users' profiles?

  So this is what I want to do: I set up a private blog, and users who want to read will ofc have to request access.
  However I want to check their profiles before accepting. Is there any possible way to do that (and if the user doesn’t have a blog yet)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  what is the profile for if no one can see it… sigh.
