Can I choose between image and text post?

  Last month, I posted a series of posts with images, which saved as text posts. I recently added a post, which saved as an image post. The posts change the layout formatting (compare appearance of most recent most to older posts).

  If you have a theme with multiple post formats, you can choose the format while creating the post: it’s on the right-hand sidebar.

  Thanks for your reply! There does not seem to be such an option on the right hand side bar (under edit post, correct?).
