Can I choose Bolivia as country for credit card payment?

I can’t choose Bolivia (my country) at the time to register the credit card to make the payment of the upgrate the mapping domaing. I’m really dissapointed of that.

Below are the only accepted means of payment.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here, unless you have a source of payment outside of your country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

Dear timechief. I’, trying the register a credit card from bolivia, also paypal, could be but bolivia is not listed. I always buy things from google playstore amazon or ebay with this credit card and my paypal account. so I don’t think the problem is the country is not listed as paypal

WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ If Bolivia does NOT appear on that list we cannot help you.

second according to the list you sent me of paypal countries bolivia is listed. so I’m not happy about it

Unfortunately, Bolivia is not supported by Paypal at this time. You will need a credit or bank card from a bank in a country supported by Paypal.

Please review your technical details, I have a Paypal account linked to my credit card on Bolivia that I use to but ebay, amazon and other mayor stores stuff from Bolivia. so I know that paypal is available here. Also if you review the list on the top that your collegue sent. Bolivia is on the paypal list.

There are actually different levels of PayPal support, some of which do not allow for credit card processing. It’s possible that’s the case here, but I will investigate further and let you know.

ok, but take into account that I have already linked my credit card to pay. other things. so I’m pretty sure that’s not the case.

We have updated our list of countries based on new data from PayPal. Please try purchasing your upgrade again and you should now be able to choose Bolivia as an option.
