Can I claim Ownership of my Company Name which is registered by competitor

I own a Company called,lets say,”mydomain” and the domains and social networking profiles associated with it and the trademark to use it.A competitor of mine,a week ago,registered a username in wordpress using the name of my company (“mydomain”.wordpress.com) and is negatively publicizing.Is there any way i can claim ownership of the blog.or stop the blog completely Or else if i map my domain to wordpress as blog.”mydomain”.com, will the blog “mydomain”.wordpress.com be still active?
Please help me in this regard.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
