Can I clarify the date with a post by adding "posted on"?

  I am using a blog format to post upcoming events, and having the post date immediately under the post title is confusing with the event date. I understand that we need to go to premium in order to remove the date complete, but is there a way to add something like “posted on” in front of the date, so that it is clear that the date is not the event date, but it is only the date that the post was made?
