Can I configure my header and blog name to appear on each post?

  Is it possible to have the header and the name of the blog appear on each post? I want the reader to have access to the sidebar no matter what post they are reading.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Twenty Twelve is s responsive layout theme. A responsive layout theme adapts to different screen sizes so that your website will work (and be optimized for) iPhones, iPads, Android and other mobile devices. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

  The mobile theme is a completely different theme. When we use a responsive theme we disable the mobile theme Go to > Appearance > Mobile and disable the mobile theme

  Thank you for your response. I did as you suggested (consulted the theme description page) and if I understand correctly the sidebars will appear on every post when viewed on a mobile device but not on computers. Is this correct?

  No. It is the opposite.
