Can I connect a page to another URL?

  Hey, I was just wondering is it possible to connect a specific page on your blog to another URL? For example, I have a “Forum” page set up on my website, but I want it to connect to my FreeForums.org page as soon as you click on the “Forum” link on my WP page. Is that possible?

  If I’m understanding you correctly, no you cannot. You cannot redirect a page on your blog to another URL.

  What you can do is put a link to the forum page in a text widget in your sidebar, or create a forum page on your blog and then post a link to your forum in it.

  I am guessing thus is for security reasons right?

  No, it’s not for security reasons. I just wanted my FreeForums link to be connected to my WP blog so everything could be accessible from one place.

  Lol, man, I was trying to avoid putting the actual link on my “Forum” page…it just looks kinda tacky to me…(sigh)…but, I guess I’ll have to do it that way.
