can I contact a user who's domain is not being used?

  I’ve trying to register the domain ikuspuntuak.wordpress.com . This domain is owned by somebody already… but he is not using it and has never been really (looking at the Stats and the content it is pretty obvious). Is there any way I can contact the owner to ask him/her to free this domain?

  Hi there,

  The user who registered the URL has control of its use. I see where you sent the request via the blog’s comments, and the administrator has been notified of the comment according to their notification settings and in their blog dashboard.

  We would only transfer that WordPress.com site to another user at the site owner’s request, so nothing else can be done other than attempting to connect with them directly. It’s possible they did see your request and chose not to reply, which is their choice.
