  Can i contact ‘kiraathane.wordpress.com’ owner. I want to use ‘kiraathane’ domain very much.

  If the site’s admin has not put up a contact form on the site nor have they mentioned their social profiles, then it is highly unlikely for you to get in contact with them. Also, it is not possible for WordPress.com or anyone for that matter to do it for you. Which means, it is a no.
