WordPress.ORG is not a hosting service. It is the site that distributes and supports the self-hosted version of the wordpress software.
To use it, you would have to buy a domain name, hire a web hosting company (godaddy, bluehost, etc.) then install and configure the wordpress software on that host. You would then export your stuff from here and import it into the self-hosted wordpress installation on your web host. You would also be responsible for all installations, all upgrades and all troubleshooting. If something went wrong, you would have to figure it out and fix it.
Figure a cost of somewhere around $10 to $25 per month depending on bandwidth and storage requirements.

You had better move your WordPress.com pretty soon. ALL of that stuff is banned here, as is posting illegal versions of software.
