Can I copy & paste text from Evernote onto a new page?

I like to write a draft before publishing a post or creating a page, but I have been unable to copy the text I drafted in Evernote and paste it into a new WordPress entry. Thanks for your help!

Hi there!
Can you explain a bit more about the issue? Is the text not appearing correct when you try to paste it into your WordPress.com editor? I gave this a try using the Evernote app, and I was able to successfully paste in both the Text and Visual Editor.
For the best results, you’ll want to use the Paste as Plain Text option explained here:
That will ensure that pasting the text does not carry over any miscellaneous tags that will interfere with the post layout.
Also, just a note, WordPress.com supports post drafts as well so you can save your post as you continue to work on it. You can read more about saving a post as a draft vs. publishing it right away here:

Let me know if you’re still having trouble!

Thanks for the response – I think the issue was with my tablet, rather than WordPress. I copied text to the clipboard but was unable to paste it into the blog using the tablet functions. Once I gave it a go on a regular computer, it was fine. Thanks again. :-)

Not a problem! Please let me know if you have any additional trouble. Just a follow-up question, where you using the WordPress app for your tablet or accessing your blog through the tablet browser? In either case, you should be able to paste into your post from Evernote.
