Can I create a blog and then transfer to someone else?

  Hi,
  I am about to create a blog for a friend’s business, and then she wants to take it over herself after it’s all set up. Can I do this from my account or should I set up a new user login etc.?

  If you want to give your current account to your friend, then you do not need a new one. But, if you want to keep blogging here after you transfer the account, then set her up with her own account and follow these instructions → http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/07/22/how-do-i-transfer-a-blog-to-someone-else-another-name/
