Can I create a blog on a static page?

  I’ve used the Weaver 2.2 theme to develop 9 static pages. On one of the pages, I want to add a blog after the content/flash design I’ve developed: http://onetribemission.com/blog-stories/ I can’t use the settings/reading/posts page select. It blocks the title and content on the page above. How do I add a blog after the content?
