Can I create a custom email address with WordPress as GoDaddy Can?

    Hello Happiness Engineers,
    GoDaddy enables the customer to create a custom email address along with a unique domain name. Does your service enable me to create a custom email address?

    Also, I want to access this custom email address in Microsoft Outlook or 365. Is that possible? Is the cost for this custom email address included in the WordPress Pro $180 annual fee? If it’s not, can you provide it to me free of charge during my first year?

    Hello James,

    As long as you have a custom domain connected to you site, you can create your own custom email, yes. However, the cost for that is not included in the plan.

    Through us you have two options – you can buy our own Professional Email service, or we’re also a reseller for Google Workspace, if you want their complete suite of business apps integrated with you email.

    If you prefer to go with a service like Office 365, you can buy that directly from Microsoft, and then connect it to your domain on our end at no additional cost.
