Can I create a custom sidebar menu for content on the same page?

  I include a very long resume on my “resume” page within the site. I want to create a custom sidebar submenu on the resume page so that visitors can jump to different sections within the same page easily. How do I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
